Since 1997,
we have been building schools
and futures
Écoles du Monde in Madagascar
Écoles du Monde is a living laboratory where, through our field observations and interactions with teams, partners, and students, we test and refine innovative development methods, yielding concrete and measurable results.
Since 1997, Écoles du Monde has been committed to improving the living conditions of isolated rural communities in Madagascar, particularly in the Boeny and Sofia regions. Our mission is to build schools and revitalize villages to provide access to education for children excluded from the school system, and vocational training for their parents.
A global approach
Quality education, gender equality, free balanced meals, access to water and solar energy, health, environment, sustainable agriculture… Every initiative is designed to strengthen community self-reliance and build robust, equitable local development.
Today, Écoles du Monde continues its commitment with an ambitious vision: to foster a new generation of young Malagasy people who are educated, skilled, confident, and agents of change.
